We were able to close on it, and were moved in within two months of our offer, which is the fastest foreclosure transaction I have ever heard of.  I can't thank Mary Ann enough for her dedication and hard work to get me in to that house.

Another major thing I can say about her is that she always has her clients best interest at heart, and is never after that quick sale.  She is patient, knowledgeable, and will never get her clients in a bad situation, or in something where they are over their head.  Since my last transaction with Mary Ann, I have referred 3 friends to her and all I heard from them during their house hunt was how great Mary Ann is, and what a trustworthy, knowledgeable realtor and friend she has become to them.
